This evening (Motash) and in the shadow of the events of the "National Disruption Day" that took place last Monday, protest events against the legal reform are expected to take place, this is the ninth week in nearly a hundred locations throughout the country. As part of the event that is expected to start at 6:30 p.m., the main protest event will take place in Kiryat HaVamel Street Kaplan.

Former Minister Limor Livnat and Prof. Yuval Noah Harari will speak at the main rally.

The demonstration will open with a joint performance by Gali Atari and Korin Alel of the song "I have no other country".

The demonstrations across the country will expand this week to additional centers, about 95 in number, including: Jerusalem, Beit Shemesh, Ashdod, Haifa, Beer Sheva, Efrat, Netanya, Kfar Saba, Herzliya and Bat Yam.

A huge march with protest representatives will leave at 18:00 from Dizengoff Square to the demonstration complex on Kaplan Street.

The organizers of the struggle stated: "Israel will not become a dictatorship thanks to the hundreds of thousands who go out week after week to fight for the country and the values ​​of the Declaration of Independence. In the face of the incitement and lies of the Netanyahu family, an entire people will stand up in a determined fight for the common foundation of all of us, the values ​​of the Declaration of Independence and Israeli democracy." 

Around 17:20, some of the main intersections near the protest centers in the city are expected to be closed to vehicular traffic:

Kaplan St. will be blocked from Ibn Gvirol to Menachem Begin in both directions.


▫️ Leonardo Da Vinci St. will be blocked from Haftman St. to Shaul Hamelech St. in both directions.


▫️ Leskov St. will be blocked from Haftman St. to Kaplan in the north direction.


▫️ Arnia St. from Harvea St. to Kaplan St. heading north.


▫️ Arnia St. will be blocked from Harvea St. to Kaplan St. in the north direction.


▫️ Ibn Gvirol Street will be blocked between Shaul Hamelech Street and Marmorak Street in both directions.


▫️ Dizengoff Street will be blocked between Huberman Street and Ibn Gvirol Street in both directions.


▫️Menachem Begin Road from Shaul Hamelech Blvd to Hashmonaim Street in both directions (including sunsets).


▫️Givat Ammunition Street from Migal Alon to Menachem Begin in both directions.


Hashmonaim Street will be blocked eastward from Karlibach Street.


▫️ The ascents to the Peace Interchange on the Ayalon lanes from the north and south.

Starting at 17:00 the following streets will be closed to vehicle traffic:

▫️ The rise of the youth - the way of peace. 


▫️ Yigal Alon - the way of peace.


▫️Yitzhak Sade - the locksmith.

Starting at 19:00 the following streets will be closed to vehicle traffic:

▫️ Yigal Alon - between Yitzhak Sade and Darech HaShalom in both directions.


▫️ Starting at 17:30 the following streets will be closed to vehicle traffic.


▫️ Father hailed Jabotinsky corner towards the crossroads.


▫️ Zisman towards Jabotinsky.


▫️Ariel Sharon corner at a crossroads.

In addition, the police informs that there will be two drop-off points for passengers arriving by shuttle: Shaul Hamelech Street between Weizman Street and Ibn Gvirol Street, as well as Karlibach Street between Hasmonaim and Laskov.

Also, at the request of the police, you must wait in regulated parking lots only, such as the Reading parking lot and the Carmelite parking lot.
